At Lareux, we are committed to delivering your order in a reliable and timely manner. All orders require a processing time of 1–3 business days before shipment, which is not included in the shipping timeframes listed.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently offer two convenient shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Costs and delivery times vary by method and are outlined in the table below.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Lareux is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at service@lareux.com. While we will do our best to assist, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
